A quick free call for you to better understand how my coaching practice works, the options available and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
Assessment
Before the actual coaching can start we need to understand where you stand today. Through an assessment of your strength and development areas, we will better know where the focus should be.


Identify SMART Goals
Based on your goals and the results of the assessment we will identify suitable “smart” goals to work towards.
In-person or online sessions
During the coaching session I will follow up on your progress, motivate you take actions and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, so that the goals are achieved.

Standard coaching package
Includes basic behavioural assesment and individual plan. Session from 30-45 minutes, every second week, for 3 months.

Deep dive
Includes extensive personality assesment, a development report and individual plan. Usually between 5-9 month coaching for long lasting change.
