Individual executive coaching aims to support leaders in finding their own answers and solutions in change processes, rather than giving them direct advice or instructions.

It is a collaborative partnership between coach and client. The coach acts as a sparring partner and support the leader in unfolding their own potential.

Group coaching

Group coaching includes structured discussions and activities focused on leadership development, team dynamics, communication skills, and problem-solving strategies.
